The long battle is over and in the end Brian has defeated the sore throat. Brian 1, Sore Throat… 0. I’m going to sleep well tonight.
The war is almost over. Right now I’m finishing it off with the salt water gargle thing. Man gargling for a long period of time is quite tough. Okay I’m going to gargle and watch the expendables. Tomorrow morning I’m getting myself a bucket of fried chicken. Actually I’m not in the fried chicken mood anymore but definitely something crispy and crunchy.
My current weapon against this nasty annoyance is preserved lemons mixed with honey and warm water. So far I believe I am winning the battle. I think next I’ll try a salt water gargle, well only if it’s needed because progress is going quite smoothly. The battle is going well but I plan on winning the war. Will keep you guys posted on the progress.
